Mr. Teddy J. Shemansky, 80, of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Mystic Meadows, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey.

Born in Duryea, he was the son of the late Teddy and Sophie Kristopovich Shemansky and was a graduate of Duryea High School, Class of 1960. He served in the United States Navy. Prior to his retirement in 2005, he was employed by Elizabeth Town Gas Company, Elizabeth Town, New Jersey.

He was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church, Little Egg Harbor. He enjoyed Bochy, bowling and other hobbies in his 17 years of retirement in Little Egg Harbor.

Caretaker and cousin, Stan Moleski and his wife, Andrea, of Pocahontas, AR
Special cousins, Fred Cicacci and Chester Shemanski

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 9:30 am in Nativity of Our Lord Parish, 127 Stephenson Street, Duryea with the Rev. Michael Bryant officiating. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Duryea. A viewing will be held from 9:00 am to 9:30 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
