Mr. Steven G. Stikar, 69, of Duryea, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022, at his home.

Born in Jamaica, New York, he was the son of the late Frank and Irene Bodnar Stikar Sr. and was a graduate of Springfield Gardens High School, New York. Prior to his retirement, he was employed in the area garment industry.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Stikar Jr. and sister, Dolores Zelenka.

Surviving are:
Brother, John Stikar and his wife, Kathie, of Albuquerque, New Mexico
Sister, Irene Stikar of Naples, Florida
Nieces and nephews

Private funeral services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Marcy Cemetery, Duryea. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
