Ms. Sandra Grinzi, 78, of Groton, CT, passed away October 22, 2023.

Sandra was the daughter of the late Joseph A. Grinzi and the late Lillian (Richardson) Grinzi Dittfield.

Sandra was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School, Wilkes University, and The University of Connecticut where she graduated with a Master of Arts in Education.

Sandra dedicated her life to teaching and cherished molding young minds during their formative years. In her spare time, Sandra enjoyed traveling, collecting baseball and movie memorabilia as well as catching a good western or NCIS on television.

She was preceded in death by brother, Joseph Grinzi, and step-father, Carl Dittfield.

Surviving are niece, Dana Pugliese, and her husband, Joseph, and sister-in-law, Mary Grinzi.
