Mr. Richard P. Barnett Jr., of Wilkes Barre, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017, at his home.

Born in Wilkes Barre, he was the son of the late Richard and Mabelle Owens. He was a graduate of GAR High School. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Balester Optical, Wilkes Barre.

His wife, the former Kathleen Cook of Wilkes Barre
Son, Richard Barnett III of Wilkes Barre

Brother, Owen Barnett and his wife, Sandra, of Sugar Run
Nephew, Troy Barnett and his wife, Beth, of Kingston
Great nieces, Bria and Molly Barnett of Kingston
