Mrs. Regina Bernard, 95, of Duryea, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 19, 2021.

Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Amelia Grabowski Moleski and was a graduate of Duryea High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Potlatch, Ransom.

Regina was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney with her granddaughters, her Atlantic City day trips and to the Catskills with her sister for Polka Weekend.

Regina was preceded in death by her husband, William Bernard, who passed away on December 11, 1985, son in law, Andrew Murman, who passed away on June 1, 2015, three brothers, Daniel Molewski, Aloysious Moleski and Francis Moleski and three sisters, Eleanore Molewski, Barbara Yankowski and Bernadette Moleski.

Surviving are:
Daughter, Patricia Murman of Duryea
Granddaughter, Carla Reck and her companion, Alex Devirgilis of Raleigh, North Carolina
Granddaughter, Christa Murman of Duryea

Brother, Stanley Moleski of Pocohantas, Arkansas
Brother, Titus Moleski, of Moosic Heights, Avoca
Nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 10:00 am in Holy Rosary Church, 127 Stephenson Street, Duryea, also live streamed on Facebook at Nativity Duryea, with the Rev. John Polednak officiating. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Duryea. There will be no viewing. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
