Patty (Capitano) Kachinsky, of Duryea, passed away expectedly on July 6, 2021.

She was the daughter of the late Sam and Lorraine (Kremitske) Capitano.

She is survived by the two greatest loves of her life, daughter, Samantha and son, Thomas.

She is also survived by:
Sister, Terry Capitano
Brother, Samuel Capitano and his wife, Bernadette

Niece, Trisha Nawrocki and her children, Niko and Zoey
Niece, Tracey Jumper
Nephew, Sam Capitano
Nephew, Danny Nawrocki
Nephew, John Byrd
Nephew, Marc Amato

Furry friends, Boo, Peanut, Ruby and Bella

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family in St. John's Cemetery, Duryea. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
