Mrs. Mildred S. Tetlak, 95, of Duryea, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at her home.

Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late John and Rose Maziarz Sudek. She was a graduate of Duryea High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the former Topps Chewing Gum Co., Duryea.

She was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea.

She was a loving mom, grandma and great grandma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael (Midge) Tetlak, son, Michael Tetlak, son in law, Robert Turkos, brother, John Sudek and sister, Dorothy Dehaba.

Daughter, Lois Turkos of Duryea
Daughter, Janet Klocko and her husband, Ray, of Nevada
Daughter in law, Judy Tetlak of Tunkhannock

Granddaughter, Casey Dobie and her husband, Larry
Granddaughter, Quinn Boyette and her husband, Brad
Granddaughter, Marcy Turkos
Granddaughter, Kristen Doherty and her husband, Phil
Granddaughter, Tara Claussen and her husband, Pete
Grandson, Michael Tetlak
Six great grandchildren
Nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at 10:00 am in Holy Rosary Church, Duryea. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Duryea. There will be no viewing.
