Mrs. Marion M. Soy, 92, of Pittston, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Highland Manor, Exeter.

Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Adamonis. She was a graduate of Pittston High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the area garment industry.

She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Soy, who passed away on December 24, 2009, brothers, Joseph Adamonis and John Simonitis and sister, Alice Powell.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 29, 2017, at 10:30 am at the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea by the Rev. Leo McKernan. Interment will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Pittston. Friends may call Monday morning from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
