Mrs. Margaret Glodzik, 92, of Duryea, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Koval Sierocki. She attended Duryea Schools.

She was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo A. Glodzik Sr., who passed away on May 29, 2003, granddaughter, Lea Glodzik, brothers, William and Stanley and sisters, Stella Hoover and Mary Resuit.

Surviving are:
Son, Robert Glodzik of Duryea
Son, Allan Glodzik of Duryea
Son, Leo Glodzik Jr. and his wife, Darlene, of Dupont
Daughter, Joan LaBrutte and her husband, Frank, of Reading

Grandchildren:
Abigail, Allana, Emily, Barrett, Leo III, Pilar, Erica, Mario, Andre and Dana
Numerous great grandchildren

Sister, Alberta McHugh of Berwick
Numerous nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:00 am in Holy Rosary Church, 125 Stephenson Street, Duryea. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Duryea. There will be no viewing. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
