Mrs. Lucille B. Davis, 80, of Moosic, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015, at the Jewish Home of Eastern Pennsylvania, Scranton.

Born in Swoyersville, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Josephine Lewandowski Nowakowski. She attended Duryea High School.

She was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea.

She was the loving wife of Floyd Davis for 58 years prior to his death on June 29, 2014.

In addition to her husband, Floyd, Lucille was preceded in death by brothers, Matthew, Stanley and Joseph and sisters, Anna Steponaitis, Theresa Moskaitis, Josephine Nowakowski and Margaret Nowakowski.

Nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 11:00 am at the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea by the Rev. Andrew Sinnott. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery, Duryea. Family and friends attending the funeral services should be at the funeral home at 10:45 am.
