I have just now (1-5-14) learned of Karen's passing. I am truly sorry and have thought of her often over the years. We were classmates and I'd like to believe we were friends. Words never seem to be enough but my heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family and all who were part of her life.

My dear cousin Karen; to me you'll always be that little girl full of life and sweetness bouncing around in your ponytail when I came to visit during our childhoods. We'll never know why you left so soon, but knowing you are now with our Lord brings me peace. No words can help our family as they grieve and miss you, but my prayers are with each and every single one.
