Mr. Joseph Pradel, 86, of Pittston, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018, at The Gardens at Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Duryea, he was the son of the late Joseph and Florence Dittbrenner Pradel. Joseph was a graduate of Duryea High School, Class of 1950 and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Tenneco Chemicals, Hazleton.

Joseph was a member of the VFW Post 1227, Duryea.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald and sister, Joan Major.

Surviving are:Niece, Joan Major of HazletonNephew, Wendell Major of Hazleton
