Mr. John R. Zabrowski Jr., 54, of Duryea, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019, at his home.

Born in Exeter, he was the son of Marion Roczniak Zabrowski of Duryea and the late John R. Zabrowski Sr. John was a graduate of Pittston Area High School and was currently employed by Weis Market, Duryea.

John was an animal lover who spent countless hours taking care of kittens and cats and then once they were healthy, he found loving homes for them.

Surviving in addition to his mother are:
Brother, Michael Zabrowski of Duryea
Brother, David Zabrowski of Duryea
Niece, Amanda Zabrowski and her children Phoenix and Abbe
Niece, Mikyla Zabrowski
