Ms. Jean Dwornikoski, of Old Forge, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018, at Highland Manor, Exeter
Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late John and Ada Lukowicz Dwornikoski. She was a graduate of Duryea High and prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Polish National Credit Union, Scranton.
Jean was a member of St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church, Duryea.
Jean was preceded in death by her brothers, Anthony, Charles and Frank and sisters, Louise McCormick and Regina Gaughan.

Sister, Irene Orloski of West Chester
Nieces and nephews
Funeral services and interment will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 11:00 am in St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Cemetery, Duryea by Rev. Fr. Carmen G. Bolock. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church, 200 Stephenson Street, Duryea, PA 18642.
