Ms. Janet M. Kopcho, 56, of Duryea, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the Mary Szymczak Kopcho of Duryea and the late Paul Kopcho. She grew up in Duryea and was a graduate of Pittston Area High School, Class of 1985. She was a recent resident of Pittston and a longtime employee of Burger King, Pittston.

In addition to her father, Paul, she was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Charles Lavallee and brother in law, Chris Vivalda.

Surviving in addition to her mother, Mary, are:
Sister: Diane Vivalda of Duryea
Niece, Nicole Vivalda of Duryea
