Mrs. Irene A. Kojtek, of Duryea, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Riverside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Taylor.
Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Sophie Paryzyk Swierczeuski. She was a graduate of Duryea High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the former Topps Chewing Gum Co., Duryea.
She was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, John C. Kojtek, who passed away on September 8, 1980 and one brother, Joseph.

Son, John Kojtek and his wife, Lynne, of Old Forge
Son, Charles Kojtek and his wife, Dorothy, of Pittston
Grandchildren
Great Grandchildren
Sister, Doris Cool of Duryea
Sister, Mildred Halterman of Georgia
Nieces and Nephews
Funeral and interment services will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Duryea with the Rev. Andrew Sinnott officiating. Arrangements are by the Bernard J.
