Mrs. Dorothy M. Maros, 79, of Duryea, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the Gardens at East Mountain, Wilkes-Barre.

Born on August 28, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Franklin W. and Reba Dewald Vogel. She was a graduate of Duryea High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by McKinney Parker, Scranton.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and Paul and sister, Arlene Moss.

Surviving are her husband, Walter Maros

Brother, Arnold Vogel of Middlesex, NJ
Nieces and Nephews

Funeral will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018, at 11:00 am at the Independent Bible Church, 328 Main Street, Duryea with Pastor Al Cremard officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Wyoming. A viewing will be held on Friday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church. Arrangements are by the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
