Mr. Bernard L. Grzybicki, 81, of OId Forge, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at his home.
Born in Duryea, he was the son of the late Leonard and Anna Stefanko Grzybicki and was a graduate of Duryea High School and the University of Scranton. He served in the United States Army as an Artillery Captain during Vietnam. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by the Scranton Regional Office of the Department of Labor and Industry.
Bernie was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Duryea.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Ann Grzybicki, who passed away on December 25, 2018.

Great friend for many years. I will never forget our road trip from Ft. Sill , Oklahoma while I was stationed there and you were in OCS. You worked hard to get thru those grueling weeks to get your commission as a Lieutenant. God Bless you . RIP... Joe

Dear Bernie my OCS classmate from 1963, what happened!!?? I spoke to you on your 81st birthday. Rest in Peace special friend. I will miss our frequent calls, sorry we never made it to Mount Airy Lodge again. This is awful news.
