Mr. Arthur L. Maurer Jr., 59, of Duryea, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016, at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton.
Born in Deepwater, New Jersey he was the son of the late Arthur and Barbara Weis-Gerber Maurer. He was a graduate of Pennsville High School, Salem, New Jersey. He retired from the City of Vero Beach, Florida and was later employed by the Old Forge Sunoco.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, his dog, Missy and cat, Cinnamon. He was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are his wife the former Jane Anderson.
