Mrs. Adele A. Dawe, 96, formerly of Pittston, a guest at Wesley Village, Pittston, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nellie Valvonis Andrewscavage. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by American Can Company, Hillside, New Jersey.
Adele was a loving mom, grandma and great grandma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dawe and several brothers and sisters.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main Street, Duryea.
